Terms & conditions of Aour company


  1. General Term

Welcome to the Aura Mentari.com website term and conditions.  To shop at Aura Mentari.com you have to be at least 18 years old and please read through them carefully before placing your order. If you are interested in buying or making a wish list you need to register as a user (here). By using this website and /or placing an order you agree to be bound by the term and conditions set out below. These conditions regulate the mutual rights and obligations of the parties in purchase contract and in case when the buyer is a customer who buy goods from seller for her/himself only not for business.


These conditions are an integral part of the purchase contract, along with the warranty period and claim condition placed on the sellers e-shop. Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these term and conditions, please contact our “Customer Services support”. We may change these terms from time to time without notice you.


  1. Shipping time and delivery Method.

All items in the web-store are in stock, located in Malmi Helsinki. Shipping will be done within one working day after receiving confirmation of payment. Normal delivery should be done within 2-3 days in Finland and Scandinavia and it takes 7 working days within Europe. Allow up to 14 days outside Europe.


  1. Shipping is FREE when shopping for more than 100 euros
  2. Shipping cost is 10 € for less than 100 €
  3. Shipping cost is 15 € for product with more than 50 % discount


             We ship to all over Finland, EU countries, Russia and others. Customers outside of EU can expect  

             import  duties to be added into the shopping prices at customs (collected by post carrier or  


             Our  Internationally trusted logistic service providers such as DHL, UPS, matkahuolto, posti offers 

             safe and

             expedited deliver to your door.

     We offer our customers the opportunity to pick up the product directly from our warehouse in  

     Malmi-Helsinki. Our online store operates in connection with our home so a suitable time must  

     always be agreed in advance if you chose to pick up the delivery method. Please contact us to

Mail By post

Product delivery is by mail. Products added to the price of the mailing and shipping . The products are delivery mainly in letter post post delivered to your door for small items. Large items such as bed linen, shoes, bags..etc as a package at the post in which deliveries will be self –pick up mail. Over  100 worth of orders without shipping fee!


Most of our product are ready for immediate delivery. Product on stock availability for 1-3 days. Please note that the stock situation is changing rapidly so if you definitely want a product you should order it quickly before you run out. It may be that this model no longer receive offerings.


Shipping sales of products delivery time is about 14 working days. The product has a longer delivery time mentioned in article text. We recommend delivery sales of product in the payment of Finnish Web Payments service, or payment via invoice. When paying by Bank Transfer, we hope a copy of the receipt for delivery of email (info@auramentari.com) so we can keep up with the promised delivery time.


However, it is worth nothing that we derive may be, for example , delays in mail delivery.


Party dress, evening gown delivery time maybe longer, about 3-8 weeks. In order to better serve our customers we keep a small stock some of the party dress. However, it is impossible to stock all colors and sizes , so if the party dress is not in stock,  we will order it from manufacturer, delivery time  is normally about 3 – 4 weeks. 3.      General Return Policies



If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact us first: (info (at) auramentari.com or call : +358-456328410) for information and authorization. And obtain a “Product Return” form that must be included with your package.

Returning a product that you are not happy with can be done within 7 days of upon receiving your item(s). Please note that we only accept products in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge.


Then the product shall be shipped in the original packaging in the same condition as when purchased. Shipping fees will not be refunded and a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the price. Aura Mentari will examine the product on arrival, if any part of the product (including any packaging such as shoebox and plastic bags) has been damaged or is missing, a refund will be refused. 


Returns because of fault or damage 
If you receive a damaged parcel, immediately (when you are in the process of receiving it) report it to the forwarder that delivered it to you. Damages found later should be reported to: info@auramentari.com.  Damages to the goods occurring during return transport from the customer back to Aura Mentari are the sole responsibility of the customer. 
If goods are damaged, Aura Mentari will pay for return shipping. Report of damage shall be done within 7 days of receiving the goods.
If goods are returned for different color or size, the customer pays for shipping which shall be done within 5 days of receiving the goods.
International customers might need to pay duties and taxes on exchanged items. 
Items should be returned unused and with all Aura Mentari and other  label tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or siled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. 


4.      Exchanging a product to a different color or size 
Customer can send an unused product back in exchange for another one. The customer will pay for shipment to the store and the customer will be charged a 10 € shipping fee for the new pair. 



5.      Cancellation of order 
If you like to cancel an order placed in the webstore, please send an email to info@auramentari.com or call +358-456328410 as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped it can be cancelled without extra cost.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that are made with intentional or unintentional errors. 


6.      Force Majeure 
Aura Mentari cannot be held responsible for consequences beyond its control, including but not limited to strike, war, sabotage, catastrophes, extreme market situations, government actions, criminal activities, major accidents or blockades. 


7.      Personal data 
Personal data is collected when you sign up as a member on the web-store and stored at a secure server using SSL encoding. This data is only used for handling the order or follow up on the order. The data will never be revealed or sold to a third party except in case of suspected fraud or other criminal acts, information may be revealed to the police or authorities.
Aura Mentari will never see or save any credit card information from customers. All transactions are limited to PayPal and credit authorized and Aura Mentari only receives confirmations from PayPal which do not include any information about the cards.
The web-store uses cookies too enhance your browsing experience. The data in cookies is un-personal.


8.      Lost Shipments


All domestic shipments will be considered lost if they have not arrived after 20 business days. Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund. Packages that are returned to Postal because of bad addresses incur charges. These charges will be passed along to the customer and are not the responsibility of Auramentari.com 


9.      Incorrect Addresses


Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be assessed a 20% surcharge. 

 Every package we send has a Postal Express delivery confirmation or tracking number. This is our proof of delivery. If your package is lost, and the carrier cannot give us confirmation of delivery, we will send you a replacement of your order at no cost to you. (If the carrier has proof of delivery, yet you say that you did not receive your package, you must file a claim directly with the carrier, using the delivery confirmation number we will provide for you). This guarantee does not cover replacement of items damaged by incorrect handling or carelessness. 



NOTE OR Conditions:


a. You must allow enough time for the carrier to deliver your package. In the case of the Postal Express, it can take up to 20 business days to deliver your package. Please wait the required amount of time before notifying us of an undelivered package.


b. You must notify us by email if your package has not arrived, or if you received damaged merchandise.


c. Please don't try to file a false claim. We are informed as each package is delivered; we will be able to check if your package was delivered to you or not. If the carrier can provide confirmation that the package was delivered, we will not send a replacement. Likewise, we inspect each item before it ships. We can tell the difference between damage done in shipping and damage that had to be done by mishandling. Sorry that we had to include this paragraph, but while most customers are wonderful, there are always "bad apples" who ruin it for everyone and make us take these strict measures.
